Founder and Managing Director of SERES GmbH is Kumar Ghosh. He looks back on over 17 years of experience in software development, project management and offshore services delivery. He offers profound expertise in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Industrial Automation Software.

Mr. Ghosh is a true "Global Player" of Indian origin. He studied in Russia and Germany and worked for multinational companies like Siemens, Schlumberger and Cadence.

Besides the executive management, he is in charge of the interface to India and quality assurance/controlling of all services.

Offshore management

Management of the back office is handled by Pradip Chanda, Managing Director of Elogix Software Pvt. Ltd. Elogix provides over 50 highly qualified experts in SW development and management of business processes. This group will also manage external partners in case this offers better value add to our customers.
